Dubai: Nakheel Tower and Harbour

The new Nakheel Tower structure will cover 270 hectares, house 55,000 people, provide a workplace for 45,000 and have 10,000 car parks. It will also attract millions of tourist every year, which is what Dubai is all about these days.

Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem said that “Nakheel Harbour & Tower is located in the heart of ‘new Dubai’, where we have focused on creating a true community, a location for living, working, relaxing and entertaining, for art and culture. All of this is concentrated in one area.”

amazing... I hope they have made preparations for a jetty and marina some way up the lower floors, if the polar ice caps melt....it will be rising out of the sea!
